I'm 5'1" and 126, so I'm very petitie. But I have natural 36D boobs. This makes it kinda hard to buy clothes sometimes. Some shirts make my boobs look huge and put more emphasis on them. And if I get a bigger size, then it's too big on my waist and shoulders. I'm not trying to hide them and I like big boobs. but I would like to go back to my 36C that I used to have. Guys tell me that I should work at Hooters, but that's not for me. I work out 4-5 days a week, and my boobs have gotten a bit smaller, but I wanna know if there is anything that will target my boobs and make them shrink a bit. Maybe you have the same problem or know someone who does. Please help!

Before thinking about surgery, try some more weight loss. Breasts are often affected by weight loss. At 5'1" and 126 pounds losing 5 to 10 pounds won't put you in danger. With your work outs don't emphasize your chest muscles unless its low weights and high repetitions.

If you lose weight, some will come off your breasts, but you don't sound excessively overweight, so this may not be too much help. Go to a good department store (Nordstrom's, for example) or specialty shop where they have knowledgeable saleswomen and look for a minimizer bra, one that will make a little less of what you have. This may help with the way clothes fit. I know a lot of women are probably envious (and the guys are too busy drooling to see this as a problem), but I've known other women in your situation. It's hard when one part of your figure is disproportionate. When you have kids, this problem could get better or it could get worse. For now, I think finding the right bra could make a lot of difference. Once you find a brand and style that works, you don't have to keep buying it at the expensive place, but you might as well take advantage of their expertise.

Iam your age and a 34D. Now that iam pregnant iam in an E.

You try playing that game, its not easy. I totally understand how difficult it is to find shirts the FIT an still cover your belly.

The best thing i can say is to lose weight. but you're already at an ideal weight. Maybe weight train and trade some fat for muscle. but again... that doesnt always help.

If you can document with your doctor that you have back pain caused by yoru breast size for alteast a year, your insurance company should cover the cost of a reduction.

Atleast the style right now is those long shirts. I'd just stock up on a bunch of those. that and, the value of a good supporting bra can never be lost on people like us. VS has some great ones.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

UHM...Is there a problem here?
:)
Ok, I would suggestgetting a minmizer bra. They do work so that buying shirts gets a little easier. The ycan run between 20 - 40 bucks a piece, but they feel SO good on!!
Your boobs look as if they've gone down 1 size, and that is what you've stated is good for you.
Bali, Olga, Victoria's Secret, and Playtex are a few that offer these.
I think you'll be happy with the results. They sort of push the boobs into you.
Good Luck, Chesty

You can always have breast reduction surgery. Not for the meek of heart, but it does the job. Otherwise only weight loss will help and it sounds like you're not at all heavy. Good luck!

Are you taking the pill or some form of hormone? that would've made them get a bit bigger.

Also, you can buy bras that are called minimizing bras. They don't feel any different but they make you appear less - out there.
