Squats and lunges with weight, stair stepper, and running are all great ways to build muscle in the legs.

Hi. Well, first off? Dancing! Such as (I know this sounds silly) but I still do it... Ballet.. use some form of sturdy place where you can raise you leg, and place it about even with your waist. Then, place your foot on the obect. Stand sideways and balance tiptoeing with your other leg on the floor. Raise up to count of 10, then release, letting your foot slowly to the floor. Do at least 10 sets on each leg. This will give you calf muscles!! Plus, squats.
Yep! Legs spread shoulder length apart slightly bent back straight, looking forward.. and bounce gently as not to pull any leg muscles. To start with? I'd do a session of 20 on your first week. Then, as you progress.. if you have steps.. stand sideways (right side against the first step) lift your left leg over your right that stays on the floor until you pick up right leg and step on same step as your left one is coming down. Do both sides at least 20 times. This strengthens your upper and lower thighs. Hope you try it, if any questions concerning any of the things above, contact me, and I will help you more. I know more
excersizes that are fun to any kinds of music, have fun, and remember, stretch first, before any excersize. Good Luck.

If you like being outdoors try running, hiking, or swimming. If you like the gym dynamic, you can try machines like the stairmaster. Here's something my trainer has me do that she says won't make my legs bulkier, but will make them stronger: You jump up bringing your feet up to your tush. You can do 4 sets of 15. She gave me a few other things to do, but I don't remember them by heart. Good luck!

Running and squats will have your legs looking good in no time, but squats can be a pain in the butt!
