Or, go on a website, and find an American girl you like, talk to her a lot and then convince her to run off to Europe with you!

There are no such thing as "American" women. That term only means you were born in America. The only real Americans are Native Americans. Most "American" women are of European descent, since the U.S. is the original country of immigrants. So, since the majority of the "American" women have European blood, they should look quite similar (Think German, Italian, Spanish, English, etc.)

If you aren't willing or aren't able to move then you need to find out what it is about American women that you are attracted to. I am sure there are plenty of women that have the same qualities.
