Twitches are so stressful. for some month I had this twitch in my left eye brow, and it may come and bypass maximum of situations an afternoon, i could no longer stand it. it is going to truthfully went away, yet until then you definately purely could desire to deal with the annoyance and attempt to no longer think of roughly it. i be attentive to, it sucks.

My husband has had this going on for months. Its caused by stress and poor sleep. It will clear iself up.

if it doesnt, and months and months go by, you actually have to get botox injected into it to paralize the muscle long enough to 'reset' it, and in just about all cases that makes it stop.

Eat well, exercise, and get pleanty of functional REM sleep.

it will go away, i promise.

This is a sign that you are not getting enough sleep. I don't think you can do anything to stop it. It will go away though.
