have downloaded some bugs bunny cartoons and would like to move them to a dvd to view on my tv screen

You need a dvd burning software, one should have come with your dvd burner. Windows Media Player also has a 'Burn' option...not sure if that's only for cds though.

get any dvd writing software and just create a dvd using this software, just like u would do while writing files to a cd,, ....
i.e., just open the writing software, select the mode of writing.(i., what do u want to create like, a cd with data or a dvd with video files), then select the speed(keep the speed as slow as possible to get better writing quality... ok and atlast clik burn...
after few seconds... ur dvd with bugs bunny cartoons is ready to watch...

these dvd writing softwares are free for download on the internet,,, go to the following site and search for DVD burning software... and u can get what u want....... got it...
