Go by the mirror , if you look good then your fine i mean always try and improve your attractiveness that goes for anyone . Dont just get obsessed with weighing a certain weight usualy body styles are not taken into consideration in the ideal weight charts . For example i weight the same as my freind whoes buff and im slim so i have heavyer bones and can weigth more and look good even if apparently i weigth more than i should according to the charts etc .

like 100lb to 105lb im 15 5'7" and that i weigh 115lb im in no way anorexic the two reason i eat each and all the time the avg american women is 5' 4" and weighs 140lb it incredibly is the avg american form is 5' 11" at 117lb and correctly. fashions are assume to be 15lb lighter by way of fact they say that cameras upload 15 extra lb yet we could face it.. the avg american women is heavily over weight.. that wasn't assume to be propose of something.. btw i assume I actual have a quickly metabolism or something yet once you do diverse activities or events.. such as you do shoud could be especially gentle and in shape till you have some muscular tissues which might upload to the burden properly. it additionally relies upon on your bone shape..

I am 5 8 and the smallest I have been is about 135 and that was skinny to skinny. I think like 140 or 145 is good.

approximatly 124-130 lbs. but everyone is different and when you are a teenager you are still growing so you don't have to be exactly between those weights
