Try to walk as much as you can. Park your car as far from the entrance of any building as you can. Do laps around your area parks. And I LOVE Pilates. I gained 110 lbs with my last baby (severe complications) and when the weight came off I was still flabby. Pilates helped me tone everything up and I now wear a smaller size than I did in high school 15 years ago.

Good Lord, at all the hocus pocus crap people are telling you to do. If you gained weight onto the thighs, probably that's where you will lose weight if you use more calories than you take in. SIMPLE.
So let's be logical here and do something simple:
Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.
No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

ALL OF THE ADVICE UVE BEEN GIVIEN SO FAR< WILL JUST MAKE YOUR LEGS BIGGER AND MORE MUSCULAR, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND I TALKED TO A FITNESS EXPERT AND THEY TOLD ME THIS:
use thigh machines at the gym, use the leg extender, the leg press, on a very low weight, try 10 pounds, but do high reps, so do it for like 20 times

drink nothing but water for a week, walk 20 minutes first thing every morning - use a regualr staddle and a wide one as well as backwards.
you can also wrap them in saran wrap before you go to drain water weight. then in a vigorous shower rub them with used coffee grinds and then lotion up with lotion containing caffeiene.
it seriuosly works

yes girly thinin the thighs aint tough,gymin would be a nice option but if ur too lazy u get some vibraters which act on the region u wan to slim...u could perhaps get urself one.....and wish u luck!!!

yeah there is...do squats
lean straight on a wall,then slowly go down until ur knee at 90 degrees....hold it until u can feel the PAIN(burning sensation).....
NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!
