I've seen this stain-glass window before. It's been sent around the internet to mock the Catholics. And, as with all things, the image can be interpreted in many ways depending on your particular point of view. It could be...
a) a boy (appears to be an alter boy) being blessed by a priest.
b) a boy taking "Holy Communion" of a very different nature!
c) as there is a second priest witnessing the event, and he seems to be instructing in some fashion, perhaps the two priests are trying to cast something out of the boy.
Given the fact that this picture has been going around the internet, most think the correct answer is "b."

i think it's a fake picture. I've seen another picture at rotten.com that turned out to be a complete internet hoax. Not that the site is doing it intentionally, but they just publish whatever is interesting and don't care beyond that.
If you want to check its authenticity, email them at snopes.com with the link and they may look into it for you.
