They didn't have substantial mass to support dirt, not having flesh and all.
And yes, angels had wings. Seraphim had 6 black wings, two of which covered their face.

There'd have to be dirt, otherwise things couldn't be clean. You can't have one without the other. But I don't think they have to clean their wings, no one cares about that sort of crap in heaven.

Also, do they wear "underwear"? If so, who makes the underwear? Is there like a hidden "angel underwear" factory in heaven?
