Possibly fortified rice wine. Though I generally prefer a white lightening with EC and B.

Failing that, you're gonna need something with a lot of oomph to cut through that lot. What about a chilean cabernet sauvignon?
Even better, a bottle of sparkling shiraz (hard to get outside australia, but worth it)
