Where do gym instructors get their music?

In all of my aerobics classes they have great upbeat remixes of pop music and other kinds of music. Where do the instructors or gyms get the music and how can I buy it for myself?

there a billion places to go. Try going to google and typing mixed beats

Maybe they burn their own cd of favorites, easy enough to do :)
