I usually do Schezuan Chicken or Garlic Chicken with Fried Rice and an Egg Roll. Both of those dishes are on the spicy side. Crab Rangoons and Sweet and Sour Pork are also very good!

I use lots of soy sauce and occasionally hot mustard.

Not into HOT and spicy, though a little "tang" is fine.
My usual is egg rolls (Favorite Restaurant has special ones known 'cross Canada) , Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Chicken Almond Guy Ding, Chow Mein.
Not a big Rice Eater so most of that (in a take out order) goes to make Baked Custard Rice Pudding. (yum)

Egg drop soup always - anything else on the buffet (best way to eat Chinese). I like Hunam chicken (spicy) and scallops the best, but I also like Lo Mein noodles and rice. Aaaaaahhh - now you made me hungry for Chinese.

Egg Drop Soup, with noodles. Chicken with Cashew nuts. Nothing too spicey. Sides I like crab rangoon, wontons, boneless spareribs or teriyaki. All soooooo good.

I like General Tso's chicken for the main dish. Wonton soup for a starter. Then fried rice and maybe some rangoons. Mmm. Makes me want some right away.

I like egg drop soup without the little crunchy noodles and then honey chicken. I also like spring rolls a lot. Oh, and I have to have fried rice.

I have also had real Chinese food. It's definitely not the same, no, but I do like some of it. I don't remember the names of the foods I like, though. :(
