Go out for a drink with a bunch of people from work, get happy, flirt a bit, make ur move... if u fall on ur arrse blame the drink!!

ask another dude to find out get back to you with the answer and if its positive go for it. but dont forget the dream might be better then the real thing as that is made up with your own feelings and experiences in your head and so keep an open mind. good luck.

I suggest in a full on, flirty, but non-embarrassed way, you tell her you had a filthy dream about her last night and can barely look at her today, and see how she reacts. You should be able to tell if she flirts back or not. If she's interested she'll look you in the eye and smile even if she's embarrased. If she doesn't, she's not.

you have to ask them out
otherwise tyou will never know whether they would actually do what they did in your dream and thatis the way you will always see them
if you get to know them you may find they are nothing like that at all and you will be able to stop thinking of them thath way
