I agree that most medications need time to build up in the system before they're very useful. The only reason her blood vessels are bursting is because of the force and frequency of the sneezing. Once the sneezing is under control, she shouldn't have any more nosebleeds.
I'd give it a little time (like a day or two). If she's still not better, you may want to consider either consulting your regular vet again, or seeing a new one.

My cat used to catch a cold regularly when he was much younger - sneezing, weepy eyes (sometimes) and even running nose (he used to paw at his face to try a relieve the itchy nose). My vet never gave him anything for these episodes. Just told me that the cold will run its course and as long as the cat's appetite is good, he should be fine. And my cat always recovered very well. In fact, the episodes would last 3 to 5 days only.
But I am concerned that your cat is still sneezing and violently enough to burst a blood vessel. Could be allergy to something.

Did the vet tell you why your cat was sneezing?
It is true that kitties catch colds and can burst blood vessels like humans. Try to keep your cat comfortable. And yes, your vet was right to say keep an eye on her.
The next time you see your vet, ask questions. Lots of them. Some people find it helpful to make a list of questions to ask. If you are not satisfied with your vet's answers, get a second opinion.
Good luck!

a number of those solutions, geez. besides, cats can get bigger respiration infections quite actually. it may start up out as merely sneezing yet whilst left untreated then different indications including runny or cloudy eyes, mucousy discharge from the nostril, and fever can take place. the merely right component could be to take her in to work out the vet if for not something yet peace of recommendations. it fairly is allergic reactions, yet I artwork at a vet health center and we see respiration infections each and every of the time in cats. a lot of human beings are available in simply by fact, merely like your cat, it starts off out as quite some sneezing. If it fairly is caught early adequate then your cat would desire to have not any difficulty creating an entire and speedy restoration. Cats could have allergic reactions even though it is not as user-friendly because it fairly is with canines. it may additionally be some thing hassle-free like airborne dirt and dust or a sparkling candle you have been burning. Taking her to the vet is your merely right wager. good success!

My cat Frankie had this a while ago, she sneezed for about a week, then her eyes started to weep. Vet said it was a virus and gave her antibiotics an pain killers. Took about 4 or 5 dys to clear up which was worrying as one eye closed it was so weepy. But like I say it did get better. I used damp cotton wool soaked in warm water to clean her eyes. Hope yours gets better soon!

Is your cat allergic to something? We had one that was allergic to Dogwood trees. If anything new has been added to environment lately, it could be. Of even if the cat is hanging out in the basement more than usual, etc.
Just an idea. Most medications need time to build up in the system, although I have noticed some medicines to stop blood do work really fast. Of course, that was Advil, not a prescription.
