my ex-fiancee(she) telling to her sister, that she(i)/fiancee is having a licenece to view only and not licence to kill, i was very upset/furios by hearing this phrase or tone and i couldn't understant what she(finacee) trying to refer or mean...?

can anyone help me to brief me, by telling the above term to her very young sister...and why it has reflected to me in a dad ways, till i felt furious/bad by hearing that..??

the only thing i can think of is that your ex fiance has her eyes open, looking for a new man, but has no intention of "killing" one, or pinning one down for a relationship (or if she thinks she's really good in the sack, perhaps she considers getting in bed with a man as a "kill."

if the phrase pertains to you, it probably means she is not longer giving you any; in other words, she's a dirty lowdown corktease.

Ask her directly. She may have her own interpretation and meaning to this. Tell her how you feel and tell her why you feel this way. Communication is key to any relationship.

I think it mean you can look in the fridge but do not allow to touch
