i want to loose weight..but i dont know which sport i should start doing...?

Swimming is better for all round body toning and weight loss and all round exercise without straining joints.

It is dead boring though... snooze...zzzzzzzzzzz

Honestly, take up volleyball. It is the greatest sport ever for teamwork and fun and you will lose tons of weight too.

I would have 2 say swimming but my favorite sport is volleyball. Swimming is better 4 losing weight though,

It really depends...

swimming helps build more lower body strenghty
and volleyball helps build a more equal figure

If i were you, i would do a mixture of the two.

i would either join a swim team or a volleyball team, but still practice the other just for more exercise!!

if u play volleyball it wil prolly be less effective---because u dont lose much weight---u actually gain weight, because u build muscle in your lower body.
So---unless u want big legs and booty-------go swimming.

I think swimming allows you to use more muscles, out of all three swimming would be my choice.

VOLLEYBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! & spell it right!!! it works ur whole boddy out & u will gain lots of muscle!! my friends mom played vb to lose weight. it worked well but took a longer time thanswimming but she gained lots of muscle

swimming cuz u use your legs arms and back. Its also good for your lungs!!
