What you eat plays a big part in how much energy you have, keep away from foods that have a lot of sodium in them (salt) this makes you dehydrated, and will make you more tired! You should try and exercise as much as possible.

you have to be able to drink something or suck on some complicated sweet to get somewhat sugar ability. If that do not paintings you received't be getting adequate sleep and desire a snooze.

I think you could drink engergy drinks for awhile and take vitamins but eventually you will have to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
