Yeah... freedom of speech is a human right. But it is not uncommon that criminal's rights are limited by the society. They (criminals) get arrested, deported, they can't vote, sometimes they are even killed by the government. Not just illegal immigrats - all criminals alike. By violating the law, a person puts himeself into an opposition with the society, and gives up all claims to the benefits, normally afforded by the society to its members.
As for the "offensiveness" or waving foreing flags vs. treatment of illegal employees - (1) people who hire illegal employees are criminals as much as those who work for them. If one criminal "offends" another, they are on their own, and should not expect the support of the society, they both have offended by their mischieves, and (2) any illegal alien, who is offended by the treatment he gets by his employer, can simply go home (where, I am sure he will be treated a lot better) to stop it. American citizens on the other hand are being offended on their own soil. They don't have a luxury of retreating to their home to avoid it, because the home is invaded by the army of offenders.

Flying a Mexican flag on any official government office is not legal, since it is not an agency of the US government. If you fly one privately at home there should be no problem. Parading with Mexican flags does not say much for those illegal aliens seeking to live in the US and want to pursue citizenship. There are too many illegals who have been taught the Southwest was stolen from them and are dreaming of it becoming part of Mexico again, which will never happen. Freedom of Speech is not exclusive to US citizens. But speech which is made to inflame a rally, assembly, etc., and maliciously intends to defame the US is not wise and may incite riotous behavior.

Everybody here has freedom of speech, unlike in some **** hole countries. And this is American so show some respect and fly our flag at the top. What if someone went to Mexico and did that? You would be okay with it? Doubt it! If illegals feel like slaves why then do they break their necks to get in? Must STILL be better than being in Mexico, and you know it.

The term is illegal aliens. The Constitution is for US citizens only. You can fly the Mexican flag above the US flag if you want to. You just have to do it in Mexico. In the US the American flag always goes on top. Otherwise you don't fly it.

ohh geez get a clue.
Illegal aliens are not denied freedom of speech.
Flying a foreign flag above the national flag on any nation is an 'offense' in that nation.
Treating any employee as a slave is a criminal act, whether he/she is legal or not.

Hi, I will try to answer those questions you ask:
As a matter of fact, our bill of rights WAS created specifically for American citizens. And the U.S. flag SHOULD be flown above all others here. Illegal employees are NOT slaves. They were not brought here against their will. They are free to go back home anytime they want.
Other countries are welcome to create their own bill of rights in their own countries. Perhaps the illegal criminals should go back and fight for that in their own countries. By the way, American criminals lose some of their rights too.
Sorry, I don't recall anyplace in our bill of rights where it states illegal criminals here have rights 2 ANYTHING here.

They have freedom if speech, Let them talk and say they are illegal and then we can deport them. The illegals that were employed at the factory I work at were paid the same amount as me. Were at because they were deported last month and the jobs are filled by citizens.

The laws and privileges of the United States of America are for its citizens. If you are so proud of your home country go there and fly the flag. We sort of demand allegiance here. You don't like the working conditions?...again you are free to leave at any time. You have no rights, you are a criminal. You need to understand this.

if the US is anything like the UK the only people denied freedom of speech are those such as myself who speak out against illegal immigration. in this country the ethnics do and say as they like-if we say anything about it we are branded racists.
