If you're worried about her getting a rash then try it on her hand or arm before you put it on her face. Also, just use the facepaint. Just tell her that she can't touch it and try to distract her so she forgets that it's itchy. It is itchy for a couple minutes but once it dries it's fine. I'm not sure if this is what you had, but they make face paint crayons so you can just draw the wiskers on.

Most retail stores carry a kid friendly halloween make up. I have been using it the last couple years on my boys. They love it & it washes off pretty easily. I use some vaseline & soft tissues to remove most of it before sudsing up there faces w/ soap.

Well skip the make up and extra stuff and buy her a tigger costume or a princess costume.....like a cinderella dress, a wand, a crown..and maybe some lipstick and blush...earings...nice shoes....make it fun

Use washable markers, or eyebrow pencil. They'll always rub it off - just keep the makeup with you to reapply.
