Really just have sex. Without protection. At all. Risky as far as STDs go however. U dont want to get pregnant...trust me

Buy a fertility monitor like Clear Blue's or an Ovulation Kit, and get to know exactly when you are ovulating. By having sex on the days prior to ovulation (high fertility days) and during ovulation you will increase your chances of getting pregnant.
If you don't want to spend money on those, count the days from when your period starts, you usually ovulate in the middle of your cycle, so by having sex from day twelve to day sixteen (or eighteen in some cases) you are doing the same than with the fertility monitor.
Of course I would suggest you don't stress about it and enjoy the whole thing rather than seeing it like a mechanical process.

the easiest way is to have sex when the woman is ovulating. it is usually about a week or two after the woman finishes her period, but it varies with each woman. use a basal body thermometer and take your temperature each day at the same time of day and when it goes up slightly, you are more fertile and should have sex then. ask at your pharmacy for fertility prediction packs, they are usually kept, ironically, near the condoms.

For a girl to become pregnant she has to find a man who will have unprotected sex with her. If one is married and wants to get pregnant have sex whenever you feel for it until you become pregnant. But remember, pregnancy and child birth is a god send gift to any woman and simply having sex will not help. You should have patience, pray to god to become pregnant and deliver a 100% normal baby.

Start having sex just before ovulation (should have an idea when it is first). Once the predictors tell you are ovulating you really only have 24hours to get pregnant so most miss it. Sperm lives for 3 days approximately.

Sorry. I had to say it. When you are horny, you are ovulating. When you are ovulating and have unprotected sex, you get pregnant. 2 weeks after your period starts is the normal time for females to be fertile, but most women aren't normal.
Plan on not having sex during your period (so your hubby/fiance/bf can save sperm) and then don't have sex until you are so horny that you can't stand it any more and want him now (anywhere from a few days to a week. If you are horny right away it is fine, you just ovulate earlier than most). Then have sex at least once a day for 3 days. You want to orgasm right after or as your hubby/fiance/bf is so the sperm gets sucked into you. After sex lay down for at least a half an hour. Don't get up to pee or anything. Just cuddle/sleep. This allows the sperm to swim up to your egg.
