Nope. Some people have freaky eyes, and they're not always evil. Evil has to do with actions, not physical features.
Now with that said, goats really do scare the crap out of me. Cats do too when their eyes glow in the dark! Freaky!!

yeah, my brother has goats, and their eyes are freaky. I wouldn't say the animals themselves are evil though. Annoying, yeah, but not evil.

I doubt it..lol, but cats suck. They are useless animals to have as a pet. They just poop and sleep, and scratch up your sh*t.
