So far his antics have included (but are not limited to) total destruction of 14 child locks on my kitchen cabinets, flushing of a pair of socks one day and trying to plunge it the next (he watched his Dad), eating from the trashcan, dumping cereal, hiding canned goods under the couch (from those supposedely locked cabinets), playing in the toilet, getting his sister's hermit crab out of the cage, opening the fridge and eating cheese, and untying my shoes! He is the youngest of four and if he had been first would have been an only child!!!

When mine were little my son: painted my daughter's body with fingernail polish, smashed 1 doz. eggs all over the carpet, spilled baby formula all over the carpet and then dumped a cup of milk over it, put permanent marker on his face, and I can't tell you how many times he got into my purse and chewed a whole pack of winter fresh. My children are now 5 and almost 4. They still write on my walls and tables once and a while but I think the major stuff is over. They did all this stuff while I was at work and they were with a sitter. Kids will get into everything if you let them. It only takes a minute. I always knew that there was something going on if there was no noise. If they are quiet...you better find them.

My 2 1/2 year old is very fond of dragging the dining room chairs around to help him "reach" things. Usually he takes them over to the pass through in the kitchen, and reaches over to get whatever it is lying on the counter that he thinks he needs. Usually it's the liquid hand soap (Have you ever tried to scrub an entire bottle of Soft Soap out of carpet? It ain't fun.), a scrub cloth, the TV remotes, and even once, the wire whisk attachment to my stand mixer. We've gotten to the point anymore that we have to remove pretty much everything from one side of the counter because if he can reach it, it's automatically a toy for him. He also likes to "break in" to my husband's and my bedroom. We normally keep the door locked, but occasionally we'll forget. He'll grab the computer chair and take it to my dresser and climb up and get whatever he can find up there to play with. An emery board, a bottle of vitamins (thank God for child safety caps!), a pair of panty hose--whatever it is that I've tossed up there.
I'd have to say his most favorite thing to do is to climb up on top of the computer desk and play with all my husband's computer parts/electrical stuff (cell phone charger, connectors, etc.)
His 14 month old brother isn't quite that curious--yet. His new trick is to climb up on the coffee table and walk the length of it. Thankfully we don't have heart related problems in my family. If so, I think mine would have given out LONG ago!

OMG last weekend my 21 month old decided that while she was playing with her stuffed zoe doll and other toys she would open a tube of lotion and pour the entire thing onto her Zoe toy and the carpet and herself and play in it. Mind you this happened in a 30 second period and i was in the same room as her and didnt notice what she was doing until she started clapping and the lotion was flying EVERYWHERE! But she had such a cute/devilish smile lol!

Pulling plants out of flowerpots and scattering dirt all over the floor.
Putting tapes in the VCR backwards or sideways.
Playing in the toilet, flushing it repeatedly, throwing toilet paper in if it's in reach.
Scattering my makeup.
Playing with money.
Throwing clothes everywhere.
Getting into pots and pans.
Playing in the garbage.
Climbing on everything.
Escaping out the backdoor (which is why all doors remain locked at all times).
His favorite thing (drum roll please) turning on the bathtub faucet and trying to climb in to take a bath fully clothed.
