Pepto Bismol, Advil and tons of water. Don't skip out on food, eat something, it really will make you feel better.

Next time you get drunk drink a lot of water before you pass out, it will make the mornings a lot better. But in your current situation drinking water and sleep/relaxation is the best thing you can do. Hold off on eating untill you feel like your not going to throw up.

Make sure you drink a lot of fluids (preferably water or Gatorade) because after a good drunk you will be dehydrated. Just try to rest, hopefully you feel better soon! Also, if you feel like you need to throw up, you might as well get it over with, you'll feel (most likely, not always) better once you do!

As an experienced drinker, here is my ritual: Before I start drinking, I always will drink about 4-6 cups of water. You want to make sure that your urine is clear to ensure that you have the maximum amount of water your body can hold. When you begin drinking, if at all possible, drink some water in between drinks. I know this is not always possible, but do what you can. Finally, before you go to bed, make sure you eat something (preferably greasy or fluffy) to absorb any excess alcohol, and make sure to drink plenty of water, at least 3 cups. The next morning, I always will take pain-killers (ie aspirin or ibuprofen), and a multivitamin, to start restoring my body back to its normal state. Good luck!

Eat something, like a sandwich! Bread is great when you've got a hangover (it seems to soak up the excess alchol in your stomach!) and make sure you drink lots of water as your body will be really dehydrated! And get loads of sleep you'll feel great tomorrow! :-)
Or the other option is too go and have a glass or two of whatever you were drinking last night! :-D

Drink a lot of water and eat something. Your dehydrated from all of the alcohol you consumed, so the more water the better. Next time you drink (If this hangover hasn't stopped you) Drink plenty of water before bed. Or drink a glass of water for every alcoholic beverage. If you have nothing better to do than sleep ... sleep your hangover away!

Drink plenty of water because a hangover is partly caused by dehydration, and try to eat something so it can help absorb the alchol in your system. Next time you go drinking, be sure to have some water to lessen the concentration of alchol, and eat something because a full stomach lessens the affects of alchol and keeps your Blood Alchol Content lower.

Go ahead... let it flow... let it come out.... you will feel better. Drink some Gatorade, a lot of it, actually. Hangover is part of dehrydation. Try some Tylenol or aspirin for the body and headache. I usually take 3 asprins with a 12oz bottle of gatorade... a good bath and good, healthy salty and grease breakfast (sausage, bacon, mayo, etc)

1. Throw up and get it out of your system.
2. It's called a hangover, and there is nothing you can do to make it better, no matter what anyone tells you

Let yourself throw up and you will feel better faster. After you throw up, drink lots of water, or better yet, gatorade, and then try to sleep it off.
