I agree they simply don't care!! it's pitiful They think it will never happen to me!

Some people feel like it will never happen to them . They will never get aids , and they need to realize what age and day we are living in. Alot of young people act like they are immune to it and have to find out the hard way but hey thats them, you cannot change the world, they have to want it for themselves

people don't believe that AIDS will happen to them. It's someone elses problem. Also it does not help that an HIV positive person may not display any symptoms for a long time.

car crashes cause more deaths than aids, and people still drive
aids is exception of the rule, and the rule is beautiful babies are born out of love

I think that it's a combo of "it will never happen to me" and "if you get sick they have meds out there to keep you alive"
Some people have the misconception that HIV meds are like Advil or Tylonol. That may relieve headaches or muscle aches but HIV meds don't work that way.

Restrained in what way? I believe in safe sex, if that's what you mean. Now if you mean simply not having sex at all, I think that is rediculous!

Because they are slaves of thier desires. One need very firm determination to avoid unsafe sex but people become mentally weak at THOSE moments.....

being safe while having sex? having many sexual partners? doing drugs?
people are uneducated when it comes to AIDS.It's sad but true.
