depends. if you really like the person they sure age shouldn't matter. but if your just being a perv then no.

Yes i think it is wrong, a 17 year old wants and is ready for more in a relationship then a 13 year old.
I don't think age is always an issue in relationships but people a the age of 17 are ready to have sexual relationships whereas 13 year olds are not properly developed yet so it could be dangerous for them.
Think about the interests to 17 years old will want to start going out clubbing a 13 year old won't be able to join in with things like that!!!

A 17 yo is too old for a 13 yo simply because of the sexual issue, I know 4 years isn't that big of a deal, for example, 25 and 21, but at these ages, it's because of the sexual issues like I said. Odds are a 17 yo has been sexually active and a 13 yo has not :)

No, No, and hell no. A 13 year old should not be dating anyone. Let alone a 17 year old. All I see here is another unwanted child in the making and several life's ruined. Find someone your own age, and were a condom.
If you are still interested in this girl in 3 or more years, then go for it. But don't take her childhood away. If she is already dating I ask where in the hell are her parents.
Find some one else. PLEASE!!!

no 13 is not old enough too consent , why would you want to date a baby 13 is too young anyway guess what if you do date someone that young and have any type of sexual contact and parents or anyone finds out you could be spending several years in prison, what's wrong with you isn't there anyone your age to date!!!

A 4 year difference isn't bad when you're OLDER, but from 13 to 17 a lot of growing up occurs. I don't think it's a good idea.

I dont think there is anything wrong with growing close over the years BUT DO NOT become sexually active 13 is WAY TO YOUNG to face those issues and pressures of life !

YES THATS A BIG AGE GAP AT THAT AGE 13 TO 17 IS ALOT..maybe later when she is older it wont matter like when your22 and she is 18..sorry

Not only is it wrong but it's against the law in the United States. They put you under the jail for stuff like that.
