My friend has a 2.5 year old and this little girl rules the house. I raise my child on a schedule that he really loves. I am helping my firend with her child for the next 2 weeks and we are going to start working on a schedule and bed time and beginning potty training. I know what I am to do with the baby, but to ease mommy and daddy's minds, anyone have any websites to back me up? Thanks for ANY help

I don't know of any websites but I agree with you 100%. I love the suppernanny show. It has really helped me with my 2 yr old daughter. A simple thing like time outs work really well. I would tell your frined to be ready for some screaming. This will be like war in the beginning, but once the child knows their boundrys it will calm down. The hardest part is listening to them scream. They will just have to rationalize, she's not being hurt and this won't scar her for life, it will help build her as a person.
Also, pick your battles, if things like potty training aren't going well, I would back off and focus on her everday behavior more, and once that is more under control, then I would go back to potty training. Good luck.
