my child is suffering from typhoid and is six years old. he is not eating anything

Ensure is best. Its easier to get down a liquid than a solid.

Watch him carefully, if he doesnt start eating he'll need to go to the hospital and take nutrients through tubes, otherwise his body will not be able to fight the infection.
