I would say gatorade rain because you get the right amount of water and you are replacing your electrolites, gatorade is also good if you have had food poisining or something because the vomiting makes you loose alot of your electrolites so you need to drink gatorade for 3 days, but after running i definetly would say gatorade rain because after running you loose some of your electrolites when sweating drink gatorade for about an hour after ward(but not nonstop just drink it like you would drink something else like normal lol)!

After exercising (assuming that you are sweating and losing fluids) you need some electrolytes replenished, but sports drinks are too concentrated. Go about half and half - half water, half sports drink.
Actually, the best answer is probably the guy who said water before running, Gatorade after.

Gatorate is good after working out cuz you lose alot of your water by sweating.
But water is good for all the time.

Go all Naturaelle. Cheap and efficient! I heard if you take your body weight and divide it by 2 and drink that in ounces a day...You will be better off. H2o replenishes, revives, and flushes the system! =o)
