its possible to be attracted to a guy for his sexuality and not any other attributes but you do not call this 'love' but it's only 'lust'.
You should not tell him that you love him and get up his hopes. Believe me, lust diminish very quickly in a relationship & it is not fair on him to make him believe that you love him when you only enjoy the sex together.
