Straining your eyes can cause a migraine headache - this is probably causing the pain behind your eye. Go for an eye exam. This happened to me and then I found out that my eyesight was causing the headaches and pains. Once I started wearing eyeglasses, I was fine.

They are not migraines and they are definetly not sinus headaches. This REQUIRES a doctors examination. It could be a number of things ranging from less serious like a cyst to more serious like a tumor as said before. The fact that they have increased in frequency indicates a condition that is worsening though, so do not miss that appointment under any circumstance. Also, are u experiencing any other symptoms?
