Personal view - as wrong as it gets. All man are born equal - well, not really (if you are born in USA or Europe vs. favella in Rio, or Somalia you are not equal at all) but that's at least what we are striving to or pretend we are as a human race. And every woman should enjoy sex as much as man - female genital mutilation serves only one purpose, decreasing female sexual pleasure.Only if woman insists of having her genitals mutilated, well that's her choice then.

I don't think many people would jump right up and say "hey, will you mutilate my genitals for me!?", same idea goes for slavery. Although some will argue, especially with genital mutilation, that is it a part of certain cultural values. To me, anything that a person is forced into, anything that degrades a person in such a heinous way is morally wrong. Both of these things put such a burden of those who must endure them, and it's horrible for anyone to be forced through such things.

*Are slavery and female genital mutilation morally wrong? *
According to me, yes, both slavery and genital
mutilation are very wrong and immoral.
According to Jehovah and Allah slavery is a
valued institution. They recorded very little or
nothing as far as genital mutilation.
The Quran 024.033
Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until God gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing give them such a deed if you know any good in them: yes, give them something yourselves out
of the means which God has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that you may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful,

Slavery is fine according to the Bible, as long as you buy your slaves from neighboring countries.

each of these are revolting in one form and in other circumstance no worse than things that are not questioned like circumscision, and working for an employer who does not pay a living wage.
