Regular P2P Ares... Limewire sucks...

Depends what you are looking for. For single music files, something like Limewire or Bearshare is the way to go. For movies and full CD's, use a bittorrent client like Azureus (I gave you the name so you can search and figure out how to use it). And for both, you can use mIRC and access a piracy channel, but that tends to be too advanced for most people to use.

the best bet is to go to download.com and download limewire

That depends on what you want to download, but I like torrents. For Windows, the best torrent client would be, IMO, uTorrent.

Limewire is good. So is emule. Go to http://www.limewire.com and http://www.emule-project.com

Never go 4 Kazaa or Bearshare. They are loaded with spywares.
