OK, I have a boyfriend. We've been dating for 3 1/2 weeks now. We haven't had any problems other than the fact that we don't talk anymore...We have nothing to ever talk about! I mean, he says the sweetest things to me, Like "I'll never hurt you in any way" and "I love you so much, don't ever leave me" stuff like that. ANd he wrote me a poem the other day. It wasn't a good poem, lol. but it's the thought that counts. Well anyways, for some reason, I just don't have feelings for him like i used to have. Im always figuring out stupid excuses to walk away from him during school. But i dont want to break his heart, i know he seriously loves me. ANd if a i dump him, he'll hate me like his last girlfriend. what can i do? (thank you for your help!)

baby girl, there is no easy way to break someone's heart. you have to let him down gently. tell him exactly that you don't have same feeling for him as he does for you.

I think that subconsciously, when you hear things like "I'll never hurt you in any way" and "I love you so much, don't ever leave me" - it's heard as a warning signal. Three and a half weeks isn't long enough to truly know anyone...especially when it involves intimacy. If there is just a physical attraction, however, just do it and get it over with.... Possessiveness is a sure relationship killer, be it early on or down the road. You don't have to avoid him...just tell him the truth...it's always the best. Besides, the sooner you can stand up for yourself and do that, you will better manage your relationships in the future. You should still be congenial to him...don't be mean...if you still want to be friends with him..watch his reaction...if he becomes adversarial...stay clear of him. Good Luck.

First of all, sweetheart, it isn't love. It is pure infatuation. You will go through multiple relationships before you mature fully mentally. I think the reason that you have lost interest in him is that he is boring you. If he were not treating you so nicely and writing you mushy love poems and maybe flirting with other girls or maybe not so available to you, you would still be interested. For some reason most people lose interest in someone that is totally devoted to them He poses no challenges for you. You have conquered him, so the challenge is gone. Ever wonder why the cocky guys or girls get the most attention? Well it is because most people like the thrill of the chase. He will get over it if you break up with him. Just be nice and tell him that you guys just aren't working and that he is a nice guy. He may not like you for a while, but you will both be fine.

Well was it from the time he was acting all soft and weak you started to loose attraction for him ? You wont believe me but i know why you don't feel it for him its because woman are attracted to MEN not soft weak boys , hes acting like a woman isn't he and that combined with being needy and desperate . See if a guy acts like this with a woman she just doesent feel it for him and their is nothing she can do to to well feel it again . Its biological and goes back thousands of years . The weak non dominant shy animals in a group end up not passing their genes on. were as the dominant powerfull carismatic ones did the same goes in a modern way for humans etc soft men are not attractive its a feminine charaturistic.

I'd break up with him. There isn't any good in staying with someone because you dont want to hurt their feelings. Dont worry if he's going to hate you, thats his problem. Just let him know that you'd rather be his friend than girlfriend.

Talk to him and tell him point blankly that you do not love him and you must drift away from him. Do not hesitate in love matters because this would lead to drastic events like acid throwing , sucide etc etc.

there is no use staying in a relationship when you dont love him anymore. tell him that you need space to think andsay that you both can still be friends.
