Can anyone answer this? I was wondering which airline has the
fanciest first class. And what is it like, or rather, what puts it ahead of the pack?

(My experience) Hands down, British Airways. Their service, flight attendents personalities, and dress code is flawless. Virgin Airlines is a close second, but a little cartoonish.
I also wish I was born during the golden age of air travel, when people actually dressed up to travel, it was considered a luxurious experience. Now, everyone on the plane looks like they rolled out of bed, or they are heading to a hip hop concert. Just trashy.

Continental is considered #1 in the U.S. It also has many international flights and code-shares. Also, business first is a fancier class than regular first. The quality of service and food and beverage service is better on business first. Also, having a business first ticket allows you to enjoy the privileges of using the Continental airport lounges - you get free snacks and refreshments (including alcoholic drinks).
