i went to karachi, pakistan, it was hot and dusty,. Lots of crumbly cement tenements, like any big city i guess, and lots of neat buildings too. I bought some rugs and stuff. The people were pleasant enough i guess, better than in ny probably. Our taxi driver brought us to his cousins to buy beer, and souveneries. We ate at a pizza hut. We were only there for a day, but i imagine it wouldnt have been much different in india, very crowded of course, and i heard the the train system in india is an experience you never want to try.
