A very good question. You say it every time you think of Jesus throughout the day. I've seen hard men cry before the Lord and it takes courage to stand up and tell everyone you're a Christian. The weak minded people who have a problem with Jesus, are the ones who are the cowards. There is Power in the name of Jesus.
I have experienced miraculous events during my Army career and in Civilian life and I have never been afraid to stand up for God. The Holy Spirit gives you the courage, wisdom and understanding to guide you in your daily routines. People are afraid of change! and that is one thing Christ has done for myself and millions of others He has taken all my fears away. I have had near death experiences in the Army and in Civilian Life, and I was never afraid of death, because I know I have a home in Heaven. The name of Jesus can make, even me, cry for what He has sacrificed for me, that's why I'm not afraid of talking about Him or spreading the love of Christ to others. God Bless You.

This is a rather Christocentric attitude. What modern, evangelical Christianity fails to do is educate people properley about the Trinity - the threefold nature of God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit and the part they all play in loving us.
The Father creates and protects, the Son redeems and saves and the Spirit inspires and instructs.
Saying "Jesus loves me" over and over is only part of the truth of Christianity and it will not help you become a better person on its own.
This sort of Christoholism is rife within religious circles and needs to be tackled as it is often the source of quick converts who then burn out and are left desolate and with no one to turn to who understands their plight.

Wow! Amazing! I could only say it twice before my socks were so wet with tears I had to change them. I guess that means there must be a God in heaven and that Jesus was his son who came to die for us on the cross............
Jesus was a great man who spoke a lot of sense. Don't ruin it.

Jesus's real name was "Yashua Bar Joseph".
Yashua re-translated the old testament, and spoke a more accurate interpretation of the Jewish "good book" (applying it to everyone, not just the Jews - this got him killed)
He said he was the "Son of God", not God - Peter Said that Yashua was the Christ - Yashua said he was the messenger.
Christianity is based upon this error in translation - your heart feels like crying because you know, deep inside, that something with what you are saying is wrong.

Yeah it makes me wanna cry... Jesus loves me so much that he wants to send me to hell... What a great and wonderful love that is!!!
And he loved the canaanites so much that he commanded the Israelites to kill every man, woman, AND CHILD in the land of Canaan in the books of Joshua and Deuteronomy.
And he loved the Agagites so much he commanded King Saul to kill every man, woman, EVERY CHILD, and every livestock of the Agagites.
"Jesus loves the little Children, all the children of the world...
Red, Yellow, Black and White,"
Jesus wants them all to die,
"Jesus loves all the Children of the world!"
(According to Christian theology, Jesus did command these things because they say Jesus is God!)

I reckon I could probably say it no more than 10 times before I would eventually bore myself!

You know those subliminal tapes you're supposed to listen to all night long that repeat the same thing over and over again? That's called brainwashing, and that's exactly what you're promoting here.

I suspect Jesus does love me. But I also suspect that Buddha loves me. And that most other people here try to love all humanity.
You have written a very beautiful question, though.
Peace.

Yes, another example of how religion uses emotion to convert people, because of their lack of facts.
Sorry, but saying "Jesus loves me" doesn't do much for me. But even if it did make me cry, what would that prove? There are many sadder stories out there, both fictional and non-fictional, that would make me cry more readily.
