It's a dried up banana chip its really good they also have apple chips pretty good whats next a tomatoe chip and they just made a potatoe chip thats a new one lol j/k.

As in banana "chip"? Literally, it's a piece of sliced banana, usually sun-dried, then coated with melted sugar. They come in packs.
