I snuck into a church where I live at night, and masturbated. Is that wrong of me?

Do you think God, Jesus, the Disciples, Jesus' mother Mary and any of the numerous saints would approve? Not only is it morally wrong, but ask yourself what "possessed you" to do it? And if this is one of those "cute" jokes, then ask yourself why anyone would think it was cute or funny. I feel sorry for you. Instead of turning to God for upliftment and forgiveness of sins, you chose to foul yourself.

There is a book that someone like you might really enjoy by Malachi Martin called "Hostage To The Devil." Father Martin was an exorcist and the book has 10 factual accounts of modern day possession that he either participated in or was told about by other priests. You can get the book from Amazon.com.

Something Father Martin spoke about in the book was how possessed people will often violate themselves, as well as the alter, through defication, urination, and unspeakable filth, both mental and physical. Possessed people often have an ordor about them that smells of rotten meat, or of excrement.

This is no joke and I urge you to read the book. According to Father Martin, there are more calls now than ever in recorded history for exorcists, but priests aren't often trained in it like they were years ago, so there aren't enough of them to go around to perform the exorcisms needed.

If you've ever worked in the field of law and had to defend someone who was "mentally ill" and smeared feces all over themselves and their jail cell, you would believe the stories in Father Martin's book.

If this is a joke, pray for forgiveness and never do it again. If you really violated the holiest sanctuary known to man, pray for forgiveness and pray for deliverance from the evil that possessed you to do such a thing. Then call a priest and ask for an exorcism.

I am Christian and I have thought about it- or being with someone in a church I think it's hot knowing that its wrong. I congtratulate you on the courage to do it, but am compelled to tell you yes of course it's wrong. If you repent and mean it, you will be cleansed. ok, I gotta laugh!!! i was having lunch with my pastor and my ex boyfriend told me that he was having sex dreams while in church, and my pastor asked who was preaching, her or her husband. So while masturbating in church isnt exactly a good and spiritual thing, getting caught would be worse.
