Some really reliable sources include the Library of Congress Country Study series and the CIA World Factbook (See links below) The Country Study series is pretty in-depth, but not updated as often as the World Factook.

I don't know.
But there are many immigrants from Sri Lanka in my country (Switzerland). Tamils are ugly (even the women) and most of them don't work. They just get money from the state for their 100 children and their BMWs.
I don't like them very much.
