Well now I am a female and when a man is smelling good, and is well dressed he can just say something like how are you doing this evening? Making EYE CONTACT and just be yourself, We women don't expect much, I'm not a Casanova but I will say having a Casanova that smells good looks good breath is in check I would give you my attention. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND CASANOVA. LOL

If you use chat up lines as you say it - it is a *sure fire* way of not gettin any AT ALL - sorry to be harsh. Just be confident in yourself and it will show but don't be rude and obnoxious if you are that is a huge turn off.
So be calm and confident but not rude.

Just be confident, smell nice, and don't offer any cheesy chat up lines to the ladies. We've heard them all before, and they're getting old. Just approach a lady, offer to buy her a drink and strike up a conversation. Start by complementing her - eg. your dress/perfume/hair is nice/looks lovely. Then go from there. Just go for the basic chit chat and get the conversation rolling.

The minute you start to think of 'chat up lines' you're doomed. Just be natural & make a lot of eye contact. If someone's interested you could be talking about pig farming and they aren't going to care, they're just going to want you to keep talking. Be careful with flattery - everyone likes a compliment but nothing too corny. Good luck.

I just find it interesting how everyone has assumed you're a guy wanting to chat up a girl...
Either way, just be yourself, make eye contact, smile and show an interest in them and what they do. And try not to talk about yourself too much if you can help it. In fact I agree with most of what freedomgi has to say..

Be clean, smell good, be confident, not cocky.
Seem sincerely interested in what she has to say, even if your not. Offer to buy her a drink.. ask her about her job... hobbies,
Be honest & genuine... if your fake, most girls will see right thru it and you'll be spending the night alone.

Confidence is a turn on, ask if they are alone if they say yes, say great I've been dying to chat to someone, usually that is enough for me. However I'm usually the one who is approached. You could always use a friend to make a happy, laughing vibe around you you'll be surprised how fast people latch on.

NO NO NO!!! purely bypass with the pass, concentration on how sturdy it feels, communicate grimy, make sounds yet truthfully NO conversations. it is like asking in case you are able to desire to have intercourse with your boss interior the path of a business enterprise assembly. there's a time and place for each thing. until the communication is "do this, oh that feels sturdy, do you prefer extra and so on..." then purely make satisfied noises!
