You must be confident in yourself. Is she perceives you are insecure your dead in the water. Confidently drop little comments, make her laugh, make her want to be with you. Keep her guessing if you like her or not. Go out as friends, let her get to know what a great guy you are and let things proceed naturally. The second worst thing you can do is to act desperate. Be confident, be cool...and emulate someone you admire for their cool factor. She might be yours, she might not be....you can only be yourself.

Just take the bull by the horns and ask her if she'd like to come out for a coffee with you. It's very confusing when a boy flirts with you and doesn't ask you out properly and you'll know by the end of the coffee whether she likes you, don't ask her outright if she'll be your girlfriend, suggest meeting up again,if she says yes,,just let your relationship grow from there.Good luck

"I've been thinking lately, and I like you, and I was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime soon" --
then when she says yes see how the date goes, then CALL HER the next day, girls like that - she might not call you because she is waiting for your call. Then call her ask her if she had fun and see her reaction, then ask if she wants to go on another date and when she asks you when tell her its up to her...then on the 2nd or third date, ask her to be your girl friend..ok? Good luck sweetie =]

Just tell her you have feelings for her and ask her how she feels about going out on a date. If she is uncomfortable with it just being you to go out as a group. But, she might like you to and you will never know if you don't try. And make sure she knows that you value your friendship with her and hope that this doesn't affect it. But no matter what you have to try or you will never know!

First you find out if she already has a boyfriend. And if she's single than you just ask her out, but the trick is you have to know yourself when the right time and place is. Sorry.

ask her is she wants to go grab some coffee or something to eat.. if she is all for it, then you have a good chance... once out, don't be too pushy but just talk to her about her interests and your interests... BE YOURSELF... if it's there, you will both know it and perhaps will make future plans... ultimately, the "boyfriend" thing just falls into place if you are both interested... again, BE YOURSELF!!! Let her like U for who u are... I'm sure it will be great... GOOD LUCK!!!! DO NOT MAKE THE MOVIES UR FIRST OUTING... U CAN"T TALK TO EACHOTHER!!! BAD FIRST DATE

It all depends on how long youv'e known her. I'd say a month, but you don't want to lose her to another guy! Just complement her a bunch and be there for her. That should be enough. Good Luck!!

I don't know much about this, but you do need to restrict your flirting to one girl at a time. Otherwise you might get socked in the jaw.
