Since all TV is lies. All news is half truth. I do not watch it. I must ask others on this. I would support a total ban on all political adds on TV and Radio. Let them debate face to face and let informed citizens ask them questions. In my State Republicans are spending $917,000 plus $854,000 on TV adds on just two stations. One add attacks Democrat Ted Celeste, who has never held a public office for being for higher taxes, His brother Gov. Richard Celeste signed a bill which passed a tax increase 23 years ago. Ted Celeste has never even mentioned a tax increase. I don't have any problem with Republicans throwing money in the trash, that's fine. I do not watch the adds anyway.

Mark, as i said, I boycott the adds, I am not not watching them, why can't you also? What does this have to do with the Constitution? If the media turns down the adds because no one watches, that would not require a Constitutional change.
