I spend my silence thinking over how has life been for most of us..how I could help other people in my own little way..how can i strengthen my faith..I spend it thorugh meditation..searching meaning of my life.

I spent about a decade to learn how to remain silent, in the quiet moments.
Such qualitative silence , appears to be of a dynamic state .
The inspiration came from people who mastered this silence to peak !

like you try to find answers to what my quest is here on this plane of existence and to try to find a reason to justify why I am here. what am I supposed to do and when I do it am I doing the right thing. seems like everything I do has been done for my own gain rather than helping others and so I truthfully doubt my own worth.even when I try to gain more wisdom and knowledge. however am certain others feel the same way.
