Well here goes! To have a one night stand you must know a few things! You should only be attracted by physical not mental or you or the other person will be hurt! One night means just that in most cases, but how ever that one night can lead to a lifetime together. You have to ask yourself is this a friend I am willing to loose, is this person someone I want to keep in my life as a friend or do you just want sex with this person and nothing else? Yes I have had a one night stand, but it was with someone who I was attracted physcially not mentally, and I made sure he felt the same, and to this day we are friends and no there are no benifits!! Just don't do it if you really like the person, and want more than sex, it only causes heart break!!!

Yes I have had a one night stand before. It was exciting and felt good momentarily but did not compare to sex with someone I know well and am completely comfortable with. It felt good but kind of sleazy.

I am originally from Africa & have been conditioned to rather stick to one partner you know well- I will never be tested HIV positive and be the one to blame for it. Not that I have never thought how such an encounter could be, but unfortunately "We are caught in a trap"

I haven't ever done that....I get to know someone before I sleep with them. By the time I do give to sleep with them then we're boyfriend/girlfriend.
