Judgement and unforgiving attitudes cause the Ph of your body/blood to go up. Prayer and forgiveness alkalize. Our hearts or obtaining more plaque the more judgemental we are//

Could it be we need to look into a more alkalizing diet??

Moses got water out of the stone, so there is hope for our plaqued hearts// This is one bodily process that needs to be turned around to regain paradise...("turned you in to stone now I reverse it..." another song, listen to the songs dam oops)

Do you agree a believer/seeker should strife to be healthy, take care of the body temple??

Cleaning your heart means you will actually feel chains leave. Locks that were locked are opened again, old ways opened like in one of them psalms. Did you know He is in your Heart all chained up?? That we need to save Him and find our true self in order for Him to save us??

It says somewhere this is what God calls loving Him: Free yourself from what binds you, what does that mean ??
(aaah it IS in there)

Very nice thoughts. I do believe that if you free what "binds you" then you are free to live the life God intended for us all. The key is to admit what bothers us and address it rather than mask it by over-eating or other habits that we turn to when we get stressed.

I believe that we should do everything possible to stay healthy. This is the very least we can do for Gods temple. Freeing yourself from what binds you will have different meaning for different people. Some may be bound by alcohol, some by adultery, some by pornography and etc. We should try to break those things that bind us, and we can through His grace.
