atheism.
I have answerd this EXACT question at least 10 times. Don't someone else's answers from one week ago mean anything to you? WHy must we ask this again and again and again....
Because I value logic over emotion and after studying about the world's religions I realized how silly it is to look at one religion from one certain area and say it is the one true religion.

Multiversal embodism
I got tired of people insulting God by attributing human stupidity and arrogance into God. No religious text makes any sense after the "be good to others" phrase they all have but don't live by. I watched the natural world created by God and came up with my religion which makes sense and is cyclical to match nature instead of linear like most religions.

Unitarian Universalism
Here are our 7 principles:
*The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
*Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
*Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
*A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
*The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
*The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
*Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
We are free to believe what we want to believe, as long as it is not hurting anybody else. We grow as a spiritual community within our congragations and in the larger society. Our beief's stem from many of the world's religion, and one UU may beliee something different than another UU, and that is totally acceptable. We believe that every person has worth and has something to offer the world, and that if it wasn't for our individual differences, the world would be a pretty boring place!
"Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them." Dalai Lama

Your hyperlink "now not in basic words a theory" replaced into exciting via actuality easily evolution isn't what's in question. this is Origins. Evolution is in basic terms gradual replace over the years and the only observable modifications we are waiting to ever see are very elementary alterations - now not some thing greater effective perfect than what occasional mutations and organic and organic determination reason. it is excused by potential of the evolutionists via actuality they say it could take too plenty time. although the genuine question is How did life originate? Abiogenesis is the thought life originated by potential of random forces for sure without plenty better Intelligence. suited, Abiogenesis is "now not Even a theory" via actuality the complexity of a residing cellular is designed in this way of way that even each and each and all the scientists contained interior the international, with each and each and all the state-of-the-artwork labs that ought to simulate any environment, and the intervention of the scientists to regulate each and each and all the molecules and so on, would desire to now not produce even the main wonderful life form. the main wonderful life form contained interior the international, a one celled microbe named mycoplasma genatalium, required the programming of 128 computers, with practise that replaced into so complicated countless those computers had to run concurrently and constantly for 9-10 hours, purely to pontificate one social gathering of cellular branch. Christianity: orthodox
It is not that agressive as islaam, not that existential like buddhism and unlike catholics or the newer streams like evangelics, reformers, lutherans, etc. you feel the presence of the divine in a church without being smashed by a feeling of your insignificance (like it is at catholic churches). for me this is the ideal ballance between being human, enjoying life and striving to be a better person, to free yourself from your sins and feeling closer to god. and it is a bit more down to earth compared to buddhism. in the protestant churches i don't feel at a special place, i don't have the feeling touching the divine, it's too sober and too serious for me, it's too much about life as hard work and sufferring, in catholic churches i feel too little and i'm so overwhelmed by the presence of divine that i don't feel human anymore, and there it's too much of feeling guilty but enjoying life extensively. in an orthodox church i feel a human in a better place made not for Gods but for human beings, where everything is just brighter and more beautiful than the life outside, where it is allowed to feel happy and work hard.
but you know, all religions are about the same: be good to you, be good to others, don't harm anyone. everything else i think is just human interpretation.
i think God is one, but there are lots of ways that leave to him. no matter you choose islaam, buddhism, taoisim, christianity or whatever if you follow the core principles you find yourself and get in touch with the divine.

In as much as I was not around to see how everything came into being (and neither were you),I say, "I don't know ..... YET!" To assume that some god, my less than intellectual ancestors made up, instantaneously farted the universe into being, is absurd

I'm a muslim and I'm a human being. I believe in Islam because it teachings suits me best as a human being, I get all the peace and happines from my religion without contredacting my human nature. And once I study the Quran and Sunnah (the main sources of Islam) I find that everything is balanced in Islam.
1- We belive in one God, only one who created this universe, who alteres the day and night, who makes the rain pour from the clouds to wet this dry earth and grow the plants,tress and grasses on it., who makes the sun rise in the east and set in the west. who created me with all the complicated mecahnism of life going inside me, my breath and life would stop once my small heart stops beating for a second. If he wishes he can stop it or he can leave until he decides. If he didn't decide then I wouldn't have been born to my parents.
2-We belive that this God doesn't have a partner and he doesn't need one. We can pray to him straight away. He doesn't need somenoe in the middle to carry our prayer to him. He is close to us when we are close to him, he sees and watches all our doings in the light or in the darkness. He answers our prayer without giving him food, money or anything. He just need our confirmation that he is the only God. He never asks us our money or children
3-Our holy book is the Quran which is rvealed in Arabic language, this book which guids us throught our life, this is the cataloge of this life, how to live, the purpose of life,how to enjoy, how to die, the day of judgement,and all the other details and secrets of this life is in there.We belive in all the books revealed to the human being. we believe in the original Towrah, Injeel which were not changed by their followers (Christians, Jews) and we believe in Quran the last book sent to the human being from God until the day of judgment
4-We belive in all the prophets send to the human benig from Adam (peace be upon him) to Mohammed the last prophet. We belive in Yaqoub, Jesus, Moses, Solomen, Yusuf, Abrahah and all the other prophets who have been mentioned in our holy book Quran and who were not mentioned.
5-We believe that there is a day of judgement where every soul will be rewarded or punished for his own doings, no soul will bear the burden of other soul. each to his own deeds and sins.This gives us confidence to face all the problems in our life, we suffer since we will be rewarded, we enjoy in the limits given by God for which we will be rewarded also.
6-We belive that all men & women are created equal there is no difference between rich/poor, women/men,black/whit, minister/politician, exept in their degree of their submission to this God. So everybody is equal and only who is closer to this God is better than the other.So we don't have racism based on the casts/color/religion.
7-We belive that this God runs this life. He has showed the right and wrong to his people. Those who go straight get reward and those who go astray get punished either in this life or hereafter.
8-We have seperate rules which controls the normal life of a person: marriage, divorce, parenting, worships, financial issues, punishing the criminals, trading, business, wills..etc everybody is equal in fron of these rules> islam has given us the right to marry, have sex, and the ability to divorce in cases where a married life of a couple cannot be carried forward. It did not ask us to give ourselves fully to God and forget others, not did it ask us to give others and forget God.
