I am so not sure if i spelled keish right, but my husband wants one for our anniversary. So ofcourse I am going to make him one but i need a good wine to go with it. Thanks

but the first rule of wine is DRINK WHAT YOU LIKE. So if you like reds more than whites, go ahead and drink one. There are no 'wine police' who will come down on you for it.

Quiche - and actually the best pairing for this would be a champagne or sparkling wine. People save it for toasts, but it's an amazing food wine! Plus... it's your anniversary :)

Try Iron Horse Wedding Cuvee Brut, Domaine Chandon Brut Classic, Domaine Chandon Riche Sparkling, Gruet Brut St. Vincent or Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut (all less than $20)

For some less than $10 that are really tasty, try Bouvet Brut Loire Valley Sparkling, Domaine Ste. Michelle Cuvee Brut Sparkling, Freixenet Cordon ***** Brut, or if you want something with a touch of sweetness go with Ballatore Gran Spumante.

Quiche and Chardonnays pair well. Try Joseph Drouhin's LaForet or a Macon Villages. White Burgundies would not over power quiche's delicate flavors.

Depends on how heavily flavored the quiche you choose to make it. The lighter and more delicate the flavors, the lighter the wine flavors should be. Probably a light white wine would go best with most of them.

most excellent white wine, will complement quiche very well.

Most any white wine though if it is a savory quiche like spinach you would something bolder like a nicely oaked California Chardonnay
but in most cases something lighter like a sauvignon blanc or a Liebfraumilch.

Try a Pinot Grigio. Its a fruity white wine that compliments egg dishes.
