The incinerator. I worked in hospitals for years, night shift and at 3am you could hear them dragging the parts over to put them in the incinerator one floor above us. The dragging 'sounded' heavy.

They incinerate them but some religions (Judaisim) do not allow that and body parts need to be buried.
My friends father was diabetic and had to have his foot amputated. It is now buried in the cemetery and he will be buried with it when he dies.

in the morgue there is a deep freezer. i went in their when i worked in the hospital. i even opened the freezer. there was bio hazard bags where you could tell there was legs in them. i saw a lot of other stuff. matter of fact it was so full it was gapped open. yes it's the same freezer you would have in your home. i'm not sure where it goes from there.

I am not sure, but burning humal flesh smells nasty!
But if the do it in a closed furnace, it may be how they do it!
