i weigh 12 stones 5 pounds i need a quick fix to be 11 stones 5 pounds, please help!!

Hi there, So you need to lose a stone, OK, cut your head off, then you will lose the weight and not notice your fat bits. HA HA
Seriously though:-
Eat a stable diet, but less than you normally do.
Exercise and sweat a bit every day.
Drink plenty of water.
Stop snacking.
Believe that you are going to do it.
You might not achieve 1 stone but you will feel good, and if you carry on after one month you will get to where you really want to be.
STAY AWAY FROM QUICK FIX DIETS they do the job but you will feel terrible and run down. Anyway all diets seem to be "TEMPORARY"

Eat plenty greens, salad, vegetables, plenty hard cardio work for example, running, cycling, swimming, but the thing a found most effective, make a t-shirt from a black bin liner (bin bag), cut a hole for your head, two for your arms, this will enable you to sweat alot when you exercise(make sure this is under all garments of cloaths, bag on skin), you do have to re-hydrate but don't drink lots of water because you will replace the sweat that you have jogged off, always have a bottle of water but drink only a cap full at a time, this will be enough. scientificly the body is made up of 60% water when using the vinyl suit, you will loose alot of water, make sure you re-hydrate. I lost about 1/4 stone in a week.

14 pounds is a lot to lose in a month. Healthy low fat diet and much more physical activity is the safest approach.

By the way the term stone is not understood in North America

There are plenty of diets and excersise programs out there. I lost 30 pounds in a little over a month, doing Dr. Furhman's diet (I think his book was called EAT TO LIVE). It is strictly vegan, with no oils, salts and little carbs. It doesn't leave alot, but there are still plenty of options. Also, in addition to eating healthier, I also made sure I worked out for at LEAST an hour a day. And I worked HARD, and was drenched in sweat every day.

That's my advice.

If you follow the simple guidlines (trust me they are easy to follow no matter how hectic your life style is).
