You don't, this is a common myth, that "he just needs the right girl." Often homosexuality is a choice, or a response to previous abuse. You are not going to change him unless he really is bisexual and chooses to change.

You have a real dilema on your hands. If he is gay then you can not change his taste of his sexual desires. Even it if would be possible to change a gay guy, it would only be for a short time. Gay's would alway revert back to their deepest desires evenutualy. Gays don't choose to be gay, they are made this way and are attracted to men. Bi sexuals choose to be bi, if that is the case then you may have a chance but you will have to understand and accept that he would also want to be with men too. So if you are not willing to accept him as he is then you accept your broken heart and move on to someone that can fulfilly your loving desires. You can still be good friends with him.

You can't !! Don't disillusion yourself by thinking you can. Don't get me wrong, he probably really likes, just not in that way. Don't waste your time draming about a relationship with this guy, it's never gonna happen. Instead get out there & find a nice straight guy. You'll find one soon enough & wonder why you ever dreamt of having a relationship with this other guy.

You can't ... the best chance you've got is that he's bisexual or you introduce him to a boy friend so you can have a 3some
"Gay" people are born that way and can't change their sexuality very easily. If a gay person was to become "straight", then there's a very good chance that they were never "gay" in the first place.

You can't. And, if he's gay, I doubt very much that he feels the same way you do. He may well love having you as a friend, but unless he is bisexual that is probably as far as things will go. Could you settle for that and just enjoy his company instead?

You are wasting your time asking the wrong question. You should be asking what do I have to do to attract the right person (the right person being someone who can fulfill your needs in a relationship). Clearly this person can't. Bear in mind you should never try to change anybody - its a recipe for disaster.

Its a deeper problem than you think and it requires dealing with the root of the problem.
It can only be done through the liberating power of Jesus Christ to free such a person from the bondage of lustful desires in his heart.
Clearly you want a guy for more reasons than sexual relationships within the boundaries of marriage otherwise I doubt you understand what risk you are exposing yourself to when you open up to someone outside of a life long committment that is genuine and sacred, where both please understand the role they play and act sacrificially to one another.
If you don't believe such a relationship is possible I suggest you meet Jesus Christ by simply praying, "Jesus Christ if you truly exist would you please reveal yourself to me and help me find a genuine relationship that this guy is talking about, thank you". I guarantee that Jesus will start to work in your life as of this moment, such is the power of prayer in His mighty Name.
Life might be short but eternity is endless so think that your decisions will have eternal consequences.
